Christos Noulis

He studied piano at the Royal College of Music in London as an Exhibition and Leverhulme Trust scholar, graduating with a MMus (RCM), a First Class BMus(Hons)RCM and a Dip(RCM). He graduated from the Macedonian Conservatoire of Thessaloniki with a First Class, First Prize Piano Diploma (class of M.Georgiadou). He holds a Ph.D. from BCU and the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. As a pianist he performed at the Bach Marathon Festival, Spectrum Festival, Festival de Bienne, Thessaloniki Piano Festival, Athens and Epidaurus Festival, etc. He has premiered works by Greek (Astrinidis, Theodorakis, Koukos, Konstantinidis) and foreign composers (Gayle, Redgate, Villa-Lobos) in England, France, Greece, Switzerland and Canada. He has collaborated as a soloist with orchestras in the UK, Canada and Greece. He is a founding member of the ensembles Le Cortège d ‘Orphée and Piandaemonium and is a member of Trio Nexus.
